Has the eBay cancel purchase option for buyers effected any of your sales? For me, it has been on purses? As a female, makes perfect sense, often times bags are impulse buys. As a seller I do welcome impulse buys, so I’m not really a fan.

Now to cut price tags and do laundry.

Can anyone here give advice on using a monthly newsletter to followers and previous buyers? What do you mention? Trends? Coupons? New products? Any positive results from the effort? At this point I have far more questions than answers.
