Evidence of Abundance Write down 10 pieces of evidence from this week that life is working for you. Not just money, everything. Opportunities, support, good timing, moments of peace, ideas, progress. Your brain expands whatever it recognizes. 2. Call Your Energy Back Close your eyes for a moment and ask yourself: Where did I give energy this week that I can lovingly call back to myself? Imagine your energy returning from stress, expectations, conversations, and obligations. You cannot receive abundance with a scattered nervous system. 3. Celebrate Before You Critique Write 3 things you’re proud of from this week. Before you look at what didn’t happen, honor what did. Expansion happens faster when the brain registers progress. 4. Future You Gratitude Write a message from your future self one year from now thanking you for something you did this week. Example: “Thank you for resting instead of forcing. That decision changed the way we live now.” This collapses time between the woman you are and the woman you’re becoming. 5.
