Win for the week made time to renew my pool membership & scheduled some workouts. More steps in this week not the 5k yet but will get there. Challenge, Planning ahead for a challenge next week my Dads birthday celebration. Making sure I stay on a healthy eating plan and keep my taste of cake to a bite. Or find an alternative treat for myself.

Win feeling much better and back at the gym. Appetite is back and did some tasty meal prep. Support needed for getting on more steps. Although I’m sure this better weather will help. Dusting off my Fitbit.

@Joe Carabase aiming for 10,000 steps. I do have stairs. I work from home so figured if I get cordless headset I can walk the house during meetings if I’m not presenting anything. Otherwise I have a nice 1.5 loop in my neighborhood. I days I don’t have a class scheduled I figure I’ll do the loop twice.

DOWNSIZED
WIN!! Very proud win this week as I put one a size smaller jeans AND I need a belt. I am going to go to the store and try on the next size down and if they fit I am going to LEAVE THEM THERE and use my belt and keep working!
