Win the cough has finally tamed down 🙌. I was doing my treatments Saturday the 💡went off on a few great wins this week. I got some new outfits for work 1 size smaller. I also wore non workout clothes to work last week. Feeling lighter/brighter & more confident so took a new selfie for my work profile. I typically avoid the camera. The last pic I had for my work profile was during Covid.

Wins: better sleep & morning workouts Challenge: exhausted from the home projects and being sick so didn’t meal prep as I usually do. But some what of a win, having healthy already prepped food in the freezer or ready to pick up at the store. I learned from this experience that okay to not have it all together. I’ll do order pick up/delivery in the future when I have low energy or busy weekends.

Win: trying a new exercise class and getting in my workouts this week. Dialing in on my protein bowl prep for easy meal times. Challenge: stress high the past week due to home renovation projects. Sleep was off making stress feel a bit overwhelming. Made sure to acknowledge the feelings and take a break for walk, food, water or a workout.

Kept it simple this week and easing back into a better routine following the flu. Proud I kept meals simple, focusing on protein. Purchased several meals of grilled chicken and batched veggies for salads and steamed/air fryer 2 veg options. Mixed and matched bowls for lunch and dinner. I signed up for a new fitness class and am excited to try something new. Movement the constant struggle. However the cough is easing so getting in my step will be easier.
