Cosmic Calm Sanctuary
🌿 A Sanctuary for the Ones Who Feel Deeply 🌿 If you’ve been navigating: - the pain of separation - inner child wounds - spiritual awakening without losing grounding - deep emotions without language - reconnection to self after trauma …you’re not alone. I created Cosmic Calm Sanctuary for people who feel deeply and want a space to explore healing, consciousness, and embodiment in a grounded, emotionally safe way. ✨ We talk about: - inner child integration - nervous system healing - symbolic + spiritual meaning - boundaries + self-sovereignty - separation & belonging - heart-conscious connection ✨ What it feels like inside: - no judgment - no bypassing - no forced positivity - real conversations - gentle guidance - witnessing without fixing This is a space for people who are waking up to themselves again — slowly, consciously, with care. If this resonates, come join us. You don’t need to perform anything to belong. Just bring your truth. 💗 👉 Cosmic Calm Sanctuary — now open https://www.skool.com/chakra-alignment-friends-4326/about?ref=93c4fbff499844d6b49cdcdb30567aec

Creating Despite Adversity 🔖
✨️💎✨️💎✨️ At 15 yo I was pulled out of art class. I stood in the school office waiting to hear the devastating news. My life had been turned upside down. My Mom survived her dual stroke (1 in a Million chance) and was living on borrowed time, my handicapped brother was put in a group home and I was shipped off to live with my sister. Roughly about a year later, I returned home to take care of my Mom (16 yo) and have been doing so ever since (nearly 25 yrs and going). To say that I'd had a challenging life would be a bit of an understatement, but without it I would not be here today. Shortly after a personal devastating health diagnosis, I started teaching myself abstract painting (2018). In 2022 I lost my sister to Covid. I decided then to make it official and commit to painting as a career. Though, I'm still very much feeling it out and developing myself as an artist, I keep putting one foot in front of the other. Each day is a wonderful profound unfolding and find myself in awe at the world around me. You see the worn-down path of the outside journey, but there was also a very intimate inner journey during those years, yet still playing out. I slowly but surely rewrote myself, my understanding and the way I viewed not only my own personal world, but the greater Cosmos at large. I grew-up in a strictly religious house... My father, a military officer, spiritual leader & teacher. My Mother a homemaker. Being the youngest of 8 kids was daunting. I learned to shut-up and stay out of the way (not get under-foot). I kept to myself and minded my own needs as not to be a burden on anyone else. I had a lifetime of programming to unpack, and still do, to this day. I feel tremendously grateful to be among such fine upstanding people her in this group. I've come a long ways! ...and wouldn't trade it for the world. Blessings, Love, Gratitude... Always! ✨️💎✨️💎✨️

Our challenges mold us. I had a similar experience when my dad got sick. My mom & dad had to go live with my oldest sister until he could get diagnosed. They took my baby brother and sent my little sister with one cousin (very affluent home, rich) and sent me to another cousin (drug addict with 2 kids). I was treated like a slave. I took care of the 2 kids all day while (unknown to her husband) she was going off doing drugs all day. My brother lived about 40 minutes drive away...so when I'd had enough, I told my cousin they would take me there or I would walk. I packed my bags and after much arguing, they called my brother and he agreed I could stay with him. They drove me there. But believe me...I knew the way and I would have walked it. After daddy died, I was the primary caregiver for my mom for the rest of her life. I wouldn't trade a single thing. Everything happens for a reason.
