When you're busy looking after everyone else, it's surprisingly easy to put yourself at the bottom of the list. You get the things done. You show up for people. You handle the responsibilities. And somewhere in the middle of all that, you might start wondering when you get to focus on yourself for a change. That's one of the reasons I created the Courage Collective — a growing online community for women who want a little space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters to them. Inside, I share daily gratitude posts, journaling prompts, and simple opportunities to check in with yourself. My hope is to create a welcoming, safe space where women can be themselves, share when they're comfortable, and take things at their own pace. No pressure to have it all figured out! I'm Jewels, a Mental Wellness Facilitator, Certified Life Coach, and Educator. I also create guided journals, including my BREATHE mental wellness journal and Letting Go: Inhale Courage, Exhale Fear, for those who enjoy putting pen to paper and making time for reflection. I'm especially passionate about supporting women in midlife who find themselves asking, "Is this it?" or realizing they've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that they've lost touch with what they want for themselves. If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to connect. 💚 What's one small thing you could do for yourself this week — just because it makes YOU feel good? And if you're curious about the Courage Collective or my journals, feel free to send me a message!
