No resistance cords or 1080 so…
Ok all here is my question and I’m sure this has been asked many times. But I have no resistance cords and no 1080 to do exercises in which you in abduct and adduct with or do anything where something is attached to your ankle. When I have tried to recreate these exercises using a band, i feel like it doesn’t do s*it Any suggestions?

I have the same experience trying to use bands to recreate these exercises. Some replacements I've done is do an isometric, where you are attached by a chain. Another would be using a slideboard that you put under your foot, and then putting it on top of difference surfaces for different friction (resistances). Though for me I feel their benefit is mediocre unfortunately, but definitely experiment I haven't done a lot with it.
