Intro: From Stuck to Started - Executive Function Podcast
I’m Sarah Lovell, an executive function & ADHD coach for women business owners, over thinkers, and recovering perfectionists who want to learn how to work with their brain. I’ve released 83 episodes of From Stuck to Started My podcast is my primary marketing tool & my goal is to continue to build visibility & trust (and continue to sign coaching clients from the podcast) My biggest challenge is niching my podcast. I work with a variety of clients (college students, ambitious professionals, adults newly diagnosed with ADHD) and my podcast is currently including topics for everyone. I do sign 1:1 coaching clients from my podcast, but I think I want to niche to speak directly to women business owners. I’m worried about making the change. I'd love resources on niching or to hear from other podcasters who have adjusted their messaging over time to hear what worked best for you

@Sarah Lovell this is what I did when I considered niching down earlier this year. It led to my highest downloaded episodes in the 1st 7 days ever. I have signed more clients since then too. I was VERY nervous about leaving people out but it has proven to be a very wise business decision. Your show is on my to-listen list! You're doing amazing work!
Apple Podcasts link not working in Threads
Just wondering if anyone else having this issue? I added my Spotify link in the mean time but I have checked a few times in the last 24 hours and haven’t been able to add Apple’s link.

I've had this issue before with my Spotify link too. Sometimes it'll even revert back to an old link. I can't tell the trigger but it does resolve at random times. Not much help for you but I think it's a Threads quirk and not just you.

(11 recorded) Your #1 podcasting goal right now: To build Raised on Faith into a community-first media brand that reaches people where they already spend their time, not just through the podcast, but eventually through live streams, social media, gaming, apparel, and other forms of content. Right now, the biggest focus is growing the podcast consistently while creating conversations that help people grow in their faith, marriages, friendships, and families. The biggest podcasting problem you need help solving right now: Growing consistently and getting the show in front of new people. We’re putting out content every week and getting great feedback from listeners, but we’re trying to figure out how to break through the algorithm, attract new viewers, and turn clips into long-term listeners and subscribers without sacrificing

Added to my must-listen list! I'd love to chat more @Josh Fleming if you're up for it. I think we could have some good crossover in audience. You're in the right place for some seriously helpful guidance from @Adam Schaeuble and the others! Hope to connect more soon! -Jewlz
Hey PBS Fans!
I'm Julian Kohlbrand, more commonly known as Jewlz The Budget Nerd. I host the Debt Rebel Podcast (ADHD-friendly Money Management) (https://www.debtrebelpodcast.com) Released episode 125 this week and just getting started! My biggest goal is to do some intro swaps with other podcasters (either newsletter or on your show). My biggest struggle right now is keeping my content creation workflow organized....I'm notorious for shiny object syndrome with the backend of my show. 😅

Awh thanks Pod Pal @Adam Schaeuble! 1. Sweet! 2. Just saw it and I'm excited to dig into it! Thanks! 3. Confession: I just watched the Offer Creation portion. I had been sooooo hard on myself about my offers not doing so hot. All the ridiculous doubts--blah blah blah! But the 1-3% rule was an eye opener 👀I had forgotten about those stats and it turns out I'm doing AWESOME! Thanks for the reminder!
Registered business?
Do small podcasters need to register a business to report income? What do you all do? I'm starting to request sponsorships and want to make sure I collect the funds correctly. I'm in Washington state.

@Elisa Sparkman yay for Washington state! Me too! I'm not an expert in this area but I do have a business license for my coaching and run it as a sole proprietorship as of right now. I'll be changing this soon. Always safest to chat with a CPA for your specific situation if you're unsure!
