For me, it’s probably joint pain and general tiredness/low energy that affects my daily life most and which I hope Tai Chi will help with. I would welcome a series of structured Qi Gong warm-up/cool-down routines, but most of all, as currently, structured lessons which break down a specific Tai Chi form into its component parts, with regular ´refinement’ and ‘putting it all together’ lessons throughout. Filming from different angles would also be very helpful e.g. from behind as well as face on.
