@Wayne Yahnke setting up your lead score is huge. It allows you make sure you prioritize the best leads when calling. Something I'd look into for sure

SMS Texting Question
For my wholesalers that market via SMS, have you all had success with texting people on the National DNC? Or is it not worth the risk? Please and thank you

Thanks for the response Chris! So I started off cold calling in February and got my first deal. I used that revenue to reinvest into SMS. 1. Because I work full time and am only to do cold calling 2 hrs a day which isn’t e enough time and I’m not getting through potential leads fast enough. Texting would allow me to scale my outreach.

Hi everyone,My name is Julian Beeks, and I currently live in Chicago. I’ll primarily be focusing on wholesaling in Indiana, where I’m originally from. I have some experience in real estate investing, having completed 7-9 wholesale deals in a single year. Along the way, I also purchased a rental property and completed two fix-and-flip projects.
