Hi guys! I just wanted to share this success. We managed to go from being the underdog team to holding the championship cup in the biggest netball league in my country. As their performance coach, I utilised a condensed conjugate model (3-day and 2-day model), and Alhamdulillah, their performance was top notch throughout the tournament. No major injuries, and they stayed explosive throughout all 4 quarters. I would personally like to thank Coach Phil because, honestly, if I had never joined the mentorship, I would probably still just be a normal PT. This mentorship became a major milestone in helping me achieve my goals. Also, thank you to all the coaches around the world for constantly sharing knowledge, books, and experiences. The support truly means a lot.
