What I do is make my grand babies their valentines gifts for their class and the boxes for their valentines they receive. It’s fun and they enjoy help make everything.! 💙💝💝

So unfortunately this year I was unable to do it, time slipped away from me but last year I did. My grandson helped last year and also made some for his cousins to take to school. These are their treats and boxes from last year.

Woo girl!!I had mine taken out last year on a whim. I went in for pain and didn’t come out til after surgery lol I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!❤️‍🩹🙏🏼 It takes some getting used to after with foods, I’m still learning. Lol

@Ashley Melton So what I can say from experience to start is dine close to home.☝🏼 It just takes some learning what triggers you. You might think something is fine to eat and learn quick it isn’t lol Plus there are some other things you can do as well such as supplements to help. They don’t tell you or they didn’t tell me much after surgery, just don’t eat greasy foods and sent me on my way lol Just chat me up if you need advice. I can let you know what worked for me. My daughter actually sent me a TikTok about L-Theanine a girl used and helped. It’s not for that specifically but like side effect of some sort helped her gut health. It gets better eventually. 🙂
