I am new to property game and my strategy is to start as a deal sourcer helping investors to build wealth .My long term goals are to build my own property portfolio to secure financial freedom and to get out of the Matrix.! I've noticed one struggle that keeps coming up. People have the motivation. They have the knowledge. Some have even found great deals. But they don't have the cash flow to move. When I started, I realised relying on one source of income made every property decision feel risky. Everything changed when I focused on building consistent monthly income alongside my property journey. That gave me the confidence to fund opportunities, negotiate without pressure, and build a track record that eventually attracted investors. Property is a long-term wealth vehicle, but strong cash flow gives you the freedom to stay in the game long enough to build that wealth. I'm interested to hear your thoughts. If you had to choose one, would you focus on building cash flow first or long term wealth? Why?
