The Next Era of Corporate Wellness Initiatives
Hello Facilitator Club! I'm looking to connect with HR, POPS or executive professionals who lead their organization's wellness initiatives. I have almost a decade of marketing experience in fast-paced and high-stress environments working with leaders and team members at all levels. Now, I'm an executive meditation guide and intuition coach working with leaders all over the world to be more in tune with their strengths, manage their stress, and access deeper levels of wisdom and creativity. I'm interested in bringing meditation and stress management tools to organizations emphasizing initiatives around team effectiveness, retention, and emotional intelligence. If you'd be open to chatting about what challenges you're facing in this era of work, I'd love to meet you. If this sounds like you, or you know someone who fits this profile, please tag them or message me directly. ☺️

@Salah Bouchma I am a consultant / coach so I'm not in-house. This is a great template for an internal professional but I am looking to learn more about the consultancy market. I work with individuals currently, but super curious about the needs of teams.

@Joao Ribeiro Exactly! 🤣 That has been my experience as well. I'm so curious how HR/POPs professionals are navigating this and making real steps towards greater well-being. It all sounds pretty spammy-webinar-esque even when the efforts are earnest. I know environmental factors are a good start—like cleaner air, more natural light, more green or outdoor spaces, but certifications like WELL can be expensive and only for new construction. Freelance Facilitators: How do you find your clients? 💰💸💶
Howdy! For those of you here who are freelance facilitators, I have two questions: - What's been the most effective method of getting clients? - What kinds of workshops/sessions do you sell the most? I'll go first: - What's been the most effective method of getting clients? --> Creating Youtube content - What kinds of workshops/sessions do you sell the most? --> Innovation Workshops Cheers, Jonathan
