So Iβve bern practicing my approach lately and filming myself doing my approach and I feel like I dont jump to my highest because I dont get low enough or swing my arms back enough does it matter a lot and are there anything K can do to fix it.
Yes! Swinging arms will help you jump higher big time!!! Work on the approach without the ball so you can focus on swing your arms only. Think about it as if you had to reach to the ceiling.
Great questionβ¦theyβre both necessary in some way because if you want to go heavier than barbells are the best way, but if you want to do weighted box jumps than you should utilize the DB. I prefer DB over barbells.
