Buttery pull up frustrations
Im trying to work on my butterfly pull ups. Some days they are great and then most days they are trash! This day they went ok but its really hit and miss. Any tips?

I feel like while I’m doing butterfly pull-ups I’m focusing on solely using the momentum and not really β€œpulling” myself up like what I would do in a strict pull-up. Like I’m really using my legs and my focus is on the momentum rather than the pulling.
Thigh Taps
40 Thigh Taps on the program today. Typically I am more used to back to wall thigh taps, but wall facing was also fun! I think the video on fittr for this exercise shows a bit more shifting in the movement. Still, I think it was a good strengthening exercise, and I am happy with my progress. :)

It is so hard to find the balance for forward HSW! It was a really awkward exercise but it was also fun and challenging.

I think this could be a good drill for C2B complexes as well (e.g. 1C2B 1T2B 1MU)
