So… I got monetized on Facebook the second week of November, and I’ve already made over $60. It’s not millions, but it feels good knowing it came from showing up as myself — no shortcuts, no weird hacks, just doing what I’ve already been doing for years. When I checked my metrics, it made complete sense…My photos do really well — especially my food pics. And honestly, that tracks, because so many of my followers have been hanging with me in the kitchen for years, watching me cook live, getting recipes, sharing stories, and building actual relationships. The biggest thing I’ve learned? Facebook really does reward authenticity. If you try to cheat the system — asking for likes, posting stuff that isn’t yours, anything that feels spammy — they’ll hit you with demonetization real quick. So staying real and consistent is the way to go. Anyway, just wanted to share that little win and a reminder that the simple things you do consistently really do add up.
