Type A Artist 🧼✨ - You like your workspace clean and cute (clean space, clean mind) - You'll light a candle, make tea, set the vibe before you start - Morning/Daytime is your prime creative, productive time - You own containers for your containers - Your markers, paints, thread, yarn etc is color coded - You probably have undiagnosed OCD but it's fine because it fuels your creativity Type B Artist 🌙🎧 - You start creating at 11:47pm for no reason - Workspace looks like a creative crime scene - You forget to eat, sleep, or exist while working - Your only form of hydration is the minimal amount of water in your energy drink - You find supplies by instinct, not organization - You say "one more thing" and suddenly its 3am - You create in bursts of obsession, not schedules

There some new people in here yay!!!! I see most of you have come from VSA how fun!!! So I wanted to kind of update ya on what I'm planning for this skool community! So as much as I love the idea of a group chat for artists, to grab feedback, make friends and support each other, me and @Judy Lee were chatting and we came to the conclusion that you can make a welcoming space for artists while also having a little bit more of a specific theme... Sooooooo, and please lmk if you guys like this idea, I'm currently in the process of launching a monthly print club; As I'm sure you guys have noticed the popularity of Monthly Print/Mail clubs has skyrocketed! And as I'm started mine, I'd like to provide a place for artists to go for all things print club related, and take everyone through the nitty gritty details of launching one!!! What do you guys think?

I was always always TERRIBLE at school... and I was constantly drawing in the corner of my classes. 😅 Being a immigrant kid to Korean parents, college was non negotiable even though my grades were all over the place. So! I went to the state college with a degree in art. I always felt more accepted in creative / artist communities and always felt out of place with people who were more linear. So one part: I didn't have a choice Second part: I prefer artistic people and groups :) How about you?

Hi hi! My name is Judy and I got to hop on a call with Ria today! I studied graphic design in college, worked at a makerspace, and now run an online shop with my husband (and run a Skool group) Excited to be here! :) ps) Here is a plush I designed and had it manufactured in China.
