Maybe frame them in a way these unwritten rules also help the Executives. Executives have to appease Shareholders(PE firms/Investment companies) and Board of directors(who judge the executives using the same unwritten rules). In the end maybe remind them that it affects people downstream from them too.

These tactics in my view are the rationale for world leaders place blame on the reproductive rights of under-resourced women for failing birthrates rather than investing in a more equitable distribution of resources for all folks.
