I’m especially interested in renting with Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher Program). I’d love to hear from landlords already doing this long-distance: - How is Section 8 working out for you in these areas? - Do you see steady rent payments and low vacancy? - Any big issues with inspections, property management, or tenant quality? - Would you recommend it—or is it more hassle than it’s worth?
