Keep it up!
Hello movers, How is everyone doing with the challenge? I know motivation can feel like a roller coaster, it goes up and down, and that’s completely part of the process. I just wanted to check in because I haven’t heard much from the group lately, and I want to make sure you’re feeling supported on your journey. How are things going so far? Do you have any questions, challenges, or parts of the program where you’d like a bit more guidance? Or something you enjoy less or more? Your feedback is really important. It helps me improve the experience and support you better, so don’t hesitate to share anything that’s on your mind, even if it feels small. Remember, you’re not doing this alone. I’m here for you. Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙌

I had some back pain due to sitting in my car thanks to heavy traffic, so I kept doing some excercises that felt more appropriate. I’m a little behind the program because of it, but still moving every day even if is not the one for the day!
Week 1 is officially DONE!
I hope you’re feeling proud of yourself for showing up, even on the busy days. This first week was all about building momentum, reconnecting with your body, and proving to yourself that you can stay consistent. Now I’d love to hear from you: What did you enjoy the most this week? What would you like to see more of in the upcoming days? Your feedback helps me shape the challenge so it feels fun, effective, and aligned with what you need. Let’s keep going together, I'm sure week 2 is going to be even better! 💪🔥

I really liked animal flow. And I was wondering if you could upload a cool down routine as an optional video.
Hey team, tribe, community...
… whatever we call ourselves, we are doing this together. We’re almost at the end of the first week and you should feel proud for showing up. Even if you didn’t complete all the days, let go of the guilt and celebrate yourself for starting this challenge. This isn’t about perfection or punishing yourself. It is about beginning something meaningful and reconnecting with your body, even on the busiest days. Some days feel easy, some days feel tough, but every single one counts. Keep moving, trust the process, and enjoy the small wins. You are building strength, energy, and confidence. I’m right here with you. Let’s keep going. 💪🔥 What has been your biggest win or realization so far? I’d love to hear it.

Same as Martyna, there’s no room for excuses
Feeling the flow!
Just finished day 4. Still full of excuses, but hey… one day at a time!! Proud of myself 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
What's the best time to train?
We’re already on Day 2! When do you usually fit your session in? morning or evening? Do you plan to the same time each day, or is it going to change every day?

Right now I’m struggling to make room for it, whether in the morning or the afternoon. I’m working on getting past the excuses and finding a consistent slot in my day. For now, I’m just focusing on showing up and staying committed 😅💪🏻
