Hey peeps! Stoked to be a part of this community. I am in based in San Diego working as a Holistic & Surf coach/therapist. Connecting and accepting with my ADHD traits has been a journey by itself. Understand how to best use this superpower and harness it has been a learning experience. What @Connor Anderson shared in regard to his superpowers and kryptonite resonated with me.
