Orlando FIX n FLIP CASH DEAL
Hi All Hope everyone is good. Ok i have a CASH deal FIXnFLIP listed at 220K can have for 185K unfortunately not the 25% discount i'd prefer BUT AVR is in the region of 265/275K bracket based on recent sold comps as well as chatting to the agent who sold the last one on that street, and this one is in much better shape. its had a few have a go buyers on it i'm told who have dropped the ball, so looking for potential buyers first before hand. let me know if anyone as interest in this. Located in the Orlando FL area 4 Bed 2 Bath 900sqft (small re-ab more) 👍
