Free T
Where are you guys trying to keep your Free T level at? I started TRT at home 4 weeks ago and my free T level has gone from 5 to 35 and is above the 24 top end of normal according to my Doc. They have me doing weekly 100mg injections and my numbers have gone way up.

Shift to Tirzepatide
I have been on a formulated Semaglutide for the last two months. I have had some good results, but the side effects have been kicking my butt. I have decided to shift over to formulated Tirzepatide. From what I have read, there are decreased side effects and better anti-inflammation benefits. Nervous to be starting something new. Thankfully, I’m not starting at the lowest dose since I was already titrated up on Semaglutide. Anyone have experience switching over?

You may want to think about starting at the 2.5mg Tirz, especially since you had bad side effects on Sema. I have lost 30 lbs on 2.5mg so far in the last 7 weeks.
Welcome to The Triple Reset - Here's what to do first...
So glad you're here! If you're in this community, you're probably a lot like me. Over 40, you've done the work in other areas of life, but somewhere along the way your body stopped cooperating. Maybe your energy tanked. Maybe the weight crept on and nothing you used to do works anymore. Maybe you're just tired of feeling like a downgraded version of yourself. That was me. I lost 55 lbs after 40 using three levers: GLP-1s, TRT, and consistent resistance training. Not one of those alone. All three, working together. That's the Triple Reset. This community exists so you don't have to figure it all out alone. We're here to share what's working, ask real questions, and keep each other accountable. Here's what I need you to do right now: 1. Introduce yourself. Drop a post in the community telling us who you are, where you're at physically, and what you're hoping to get out of being here. Be real. No one's judging. We've all been at the starting line. 2. Comment on someone else's intro. Find one other guy's post and say something. Welcome him. Ask a question. Just connect. This place only works if we actually talk to each other. 3. Ask me something. Seriously. About GLP-1s, TRT, training, whatever. I'm in here every day and I'll answer you personally. That's it. Three things. Let's go. - Lane

I'm Gonna Get There!
My name is Brian and I am in my mid 50s and have battled my weight all of my adult life. I WAS just a couple of pounds over 300 and stand 5'11" on good days. Parents both had heart disease, high cholesterol and diabetes. Before starting GLP, I also found out I am fighting a fatty liver. I started Tirzepatide (lowest dose) 2 months ago and I've been on TRT for a couple of year. I also started walking a few miles in the mornings, per doctor's recommendation. I go to the gym but mainly use an Arm Trainer (resistance device) at home 3-4 times a week - it's pretty effective. Today, I am down to 278 and plan to keep improving. But it's a long, hard journey! I had shoulder (rotator cuff) surgery about 3 years ago. And the other shoulder probably needs it today too. But since beginning my GLP, my inflammation has almost disappeared altogether. And I can honestly say that even if there were no weight loss benefits to Tirzepatide, I would continue to use it for the decrease of inflammation! Other than the price, so far, I have not found a downside to this wonder drug. And I hope I never do. I mention all that to say that I concur with Lane about the Triple Reset principal: GLP, TRT, Weights/Resistance Training. I still have a long way to go! But I am making progress! I end with something I have always told my kids: You cannot wish for strong character AND an easy life! Because the price for one is always the other!

Q&A
GLP-1 Dosage App
Anyone had luck using the dosage calculators like Glapp's app to keep a level amount of Tirzepatide in your system or microdose? 3 years ago, I was all the way up to 12.5mg when I lost a bunch of weight and this time around, the 2.5mg is kicking my ass and seems to be almost too much. Have lost 15lbs in 3.5 weeks and don't want to ride the spikes right after shot days.
