Most people are waiting to feel confident before they change. The problem? Confidence is usually the result of evidence, not the cause of it. You don't become confident and then take action. You take action, collect evidence, and confidence follows. So for the next 24 hours, let's create some evidence. 🎯 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟭: 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗬 Complete this sentence: I am someone who ____________________. Examples: ✨ I am someone who follows through on my commitments. ✨ I am someone who takes action despite fear. ✨ I am someone who creates opportunities. ✨ I am someone who is confident and capable. ✨ I am someone who prioritizes my health. ✨ I am someone who attracts meaningful relationships. ✨ I am someone who achieves my goals. ✨ I am someone who keeps promises to myself. 🧠 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟮: 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗔 𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗧 Once you've chosen your identity, say: "Brain, show me evidence that this is true." Your brain is constantly filtering information. Today, you're giving it a new assignment. 🔍 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟯: 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 For the next 24 hours, actively look for proof. It could be: 💪 A healthy choice you made. 📚 Something new you learned. ❤️ A meaningful conversation. 🎯 A goal you worked toward. 😊 A moment you handled differently. 🚶 A walk you took. 📖 A promise you kept. 🔥 A fear you acted through. ⭐ A moment you showed up as the person you're becoming. Every time you notice something, say: Evidence. No win is too small. ⚡ 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟰: 𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 Ask yourself: "What would this version of me do next?" Then do it. 📩 Send the message. 📞 Make the call. 🏃 Take the walk. 📖 Read the chapter. ✍️ Start the project. 💬 Have the conversation. ❤️ Do the thing you've been avoiding. Act as if that identity is already true. 📚 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟱: 𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 Before you go to bed tonight, take two minutes and list every piece of evidence you collected.
