Hi everyone. I’m a FAmily Nurse practitioner for over 20 years. I currently works in Primary care clinic. I stumbled on Mrs Natasha Jackson’s video on YouTube about Chronic Care Management which is something I have been thinking of for the past three years. I didn’t know there was such a program (CCM)paid by Medicare and most private insurance companies. I am so interesting in learning more about how to start my own business as a Chronic Care Management. So I’m glad to join this community.
