A few months back, I was feeling really frustrated. My music channel wasn't taking off, and the lack of people sticking with me was getting to me. I think I was partly to blame for being a nag in the community. Anyway, I got so frustrated that I even left the community (and music entirely) for a while Don't get me wrong; I wasn't gone for good. I did some behind-the-scenes music-making and releasing of piano tracks. And then something magical happened-my channel started to take off exponentially! 4-6 months later, with a couple of piano compositions up on Spotify, I got an Official Artist Channel! Today, I have over 1.2 million streams of piano tracks in three songs alone. Not bad, huh? It feels pretty surreal, anyway. Maybe there's hope for the music channel yet. Not a ton of hope, just some I've had a pretty blurry memory of this whole experience, really. But there's nothing wrong with being on a high like this.
