Hi everyone, I’m using the Mindset Dimensions Report platform with a client for the first time and have run into a question. I requested the assessment for my client, and in the portal it shows that the request has already been approved. However, I’m not clear on the next step of getting the assessment to my client. Does the system automatically email the assessment link to the client once the request is approved? If so, is there a way to verify that the email was sent or resend it? My client has checked her email including junk mail and says she has not received anything. If the link is not sent automatically, could someone please provide the steps for how I access the assessment link and send it to the client? Thank you for your help. I’m sure this is user error on my part as I’m learning the platform, and I appreciate any guidance.
