I want to take a moment to address something I hear all the time... "We’re calling, but we’re not seeing results.” Let me be straight with you—if you’re not seeing results, it’s likely because you’re not calling enough. At our clinic, we’ve seen firsthand how the compounding effects of outbound calls lead to increased inbound calls and, ultimately, more revenue. Let me break it down for you using our own data: Numbers for the weeks through 7/29 - 8/26/2024 - Revenue: $300,325.82 - Leads Generated: 833 - Booked Appointments: 307 - Outbound Calls: 3,789 - Inbound Calls: 690 Here’s what stands out: We made 3,789 outbound calls to follow up with 833 leads . That’s an average of 4.55 calls per lead, and from that, we booked 307 appointments—which means about 36.85% of leads ended up booking. Now, I know many of you don’t see that kind of booking rate(yet), but ask yourself—are you following up with each lead multiple times? In our case, it took 4-5 calls per lead to get results. Now, let’s talk about inbound calls. We’ve had 690 inbound calls, and I can tell you those didn’t just happen by luck. The reason we’re getting more inbound calls is because our outbound call efforts keep us top of mind with potential clients. They might not book on the first or second call, but when they’re ready, we’re the first clinic they think of. The truth is, we’re not doing anything magic. We’re just calling—consistently. And that’s what drives results. If you’re calling only once or twice, you’re leaving money on the table. Each appointment for us is worth about $978.64 on average, and you better believe we’re going to follow up until we either book them or they tell us they’re not interested. So, here’s my challenge to you: take a look at your own call logs. Are you really calling enough? This is where it starts if you want to grow your revenue. If you’re not making those calls, someone else will. What to know the phone scripts that our client coordinators are using to generate these results?
