I’ve got told this many times over the past few years while I’m trying to create something from the ground up. Let me tell you this when everyone around you is telling you that taking a break is better for balance and mental health they are probably correct! No one that achieves any substantial and great had work life balance. No one that made something that seemed impossible possible had work life balance! This is the time to take life and push it to its limits! Don’t be afraid to fail. Failure is the great teacher to all who learn from their failures!

When you’re tired, hungry and wanting to fall asleep if you can push for 1-2 more hrs you will be surprised what will happen! You will also beat almost everyone else you work next too!
