That is a great question and thank you for joining! I'm working with several clients around the US and they are all seeing a similar trend in leads. What has and continues to work for me is networking like my business depends on it. 1. Realtors - This is my bread and butter! The market has become very competitive for realtors and we are going to see a lot of them looking for a different path for work. Home builders and remodelers should capitalize on this opportunity and find a handful of realtors they can "partner" with to generate new leads. 2. Mortgage brokers - There are occasions that a client will lean on their financial institution prior to choosing a contractor. We need to be top of mind with a handful of bankers to ensure they are suggesting us as a preferred contractor. 3. Networking Events - When we go to networking events, be highly intentional about what you are seeking. For me, I want to share my vision with 3-5 people and learn how I can help someone else to reach their goals. I find that the more I'm willing to help others, the return comes back 10x, but you have to be genuine or it will not work. 4. SEO - This is a long term play and if you are in business for the future, it is well worth the investment.
