Social Media Pivot
Life has been busy and I took a short break from social media, but I’m getting back into it with some new ideas. I’m a mechanic content creator on YouTube and I’m trying to move away from mostly AI voiceover shorts into more long-form “authority” style content explaining how things work (engines, AWD systems, maintenance, etc). I just bought a new car so some content will be around that specific niche too. The biggest challenge I run into is the editing and visuals. Writing the script and explaining concepts is the easy part for me, but finding B-roll, animations, or clips to match everything I’m talking about can get tedious compared to just editing a short. For those of you who edit long-form content: How do you approach visuals for educational videos when you don’t have footage for everything? I don't always have time (or money) to buy things or do things on the cars to film myself. I typically do the script first and build the visuals around it, but making the information the focus instead of crazy editing. Do you mostly: - Pull B-roll from YouTube and transform it (this is what I usually do) - Use stock footage libraries - Create diagrams / motion graphics - Or build a reusable B-roll library? My upcoming content idea is buying an action camera and mic to just do POV drives to talk about anything while driving. Would love to hear how you guys approach this.

New Logo Design 🫨
I worked with a wonderful designer, Merzena Flores that I met on X. To show you guys the power of a brand... I literally posted a competition to my X.com profile and Merzena replied right away, came up with some drafts for me for FREE and showed me her style. I selected her as the winner and then paid her after already getting proof of concept cause I have enough of a presence (as small as it might be on X) to command attention + people flooding my inbox trying to give me FREE designs. That's powerful. Congrats to Merzena, and I want to hear your thoughts on the new aesthetic and logo! 👇 P.S. if anyone wants her contact, let me know - she's wonderful to work with. ✅

QUESTION FOR MY PEOPLE❓
I have a VERY blunt question, friends. What would you pay for? 🤷‍♂️ As I restructure and develop this community into a fully paid community that acts as an extension of my public-facing social media platforms... I want to know what YOU, my current members, would consider substantial value to consider paying for monthly / annually. 👉 This my CURRENT OFFER (see picture below as well) 👇 Please share with me your honest thoughts and what you would consider "more than enough value" to consider paying $50+ / month.

It's not You... it's Me... 😭
We're not breaking up... don't worry lol 😂 I want to acknowledge my total absence for the last couple weeks Skool fam. 😅 For those of you who know me more personally, of course I've been answering your messages, but for those that only see my posts and public activity here I have some 'splainin to do. ---------------------- 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻. 👇 1. I've been focused on building my personal brand online to drive serious ORGANIC traffic to Skool vs. paid ads (which is how a lot of you found your way here) AKA heavy LinkedIn, Twitter, IG, and YouTube investments (time and money). 2. I've been rethinking the purpose of this group, the "offer," paid vs. free, etc. and ultimately I think I would rather a BIG following on YouTube, Instagram, etc. and then a STRONG, tighter community here where even the base membership is paid AKA you pay... you show up. You pay, you pay attention. 3. I've been overwhelmed and stressed in real life lol. I'll leave it at that but... dealing with some thangssss that have been REALLY overstimulating my time and my mind let's just say haha. ---------------------- So that being said, friends, I'm still here!! 😘 I'm still building, but the focus is shifting and for those that remain free members... I MAY ask that you become paid to stay in the group at some point... depends on what the near future holds for the Fight Club. 🥊 My social media can have the "numbers," while my Skool has the 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦. ✅ And to be a winner, you need to 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗘 to act, not just sit in the background and wait.
