It took me 5 hours to knock 13 doors today. Only 3 people answered the door. One said she caught up on her payments, the other called me a vulture and said he caught up on his payments, the other told me to get the F*** off her property. I left handwritten letters with my name and number on all the rest. One didn't allow me in because it was gated with a guard and the owner never picked up the phone. Even though it felt like a big waste of time I'm going to go door knock every house in pre-foreclosure at least in my county. Skip trace and call them, text them, and hope a pray for at least one pre-foreclosure deal this month. I consider my first F*** you a badge of honor. You can't say you're a real door knocker until you get your first F*** you. Luckily, I got it on my first day :)
