Morning Guys, I took this photo today as I was startled by what I saw… Kevin on a cardio machine! Now we worked out that in 3 years of working together he’s lost over 80kg (we’ve gained weight then lost it again to reshape his physique). Throughout this whole time he’s never had to do any cardio in the gym! The point is this highlights how much daily movement can streamline your fat loss process. The more you move the easier it is… The less you move the more time you’re sat on a cardio bike and/ or the lower your calories will be! Kevin still does plenty of cardio, but he works it into his daily life between walking dogs and himself and cycling to the gym, he’s just never had to sit on them bastard bikes in the gym until today! And it’ll be a one off, hence worthy of a picture!
