@Mo Musa @Benny D @John Collins @Brian Connors Boys I will be keeping this skool community just for the people doing the full program message me anything about any question you have anytime on here and I will respond in the community chat in here amongst each other and share your experiences on what is working for you the most important videos have just been uploaded into Stan so let me know if you can't get to them Posterior, Lateral & Anterior Delt Stability Sequences Ego lifting is always tempting and always immediately 'very satisfying' but leads to injury and long term will destroy our goals so being aware of that (sacrificing form... adding too much weight...) I still fall into it often and its not worth the risk of injury and time lost recovering focusing on time and tension means we tuning in to exactly what our body is able to handle and choosing our resistance with precision to match the time under tension protocol that is being uploaded to the TTP program on Stan our goal here is to tighten our technique to the point we are: maximising intensity maximising engagement minimising joint irritation minimising time wasting less sets, less rests, less momentum more engagement, more efficiency, more results don't be shy with questions as this is new for many people as well as myself, TTP is 10 months old this month :)
This training is da bomb.com
Hi gang, I’ve been doing static hold training all week in the gym and fully jiving it. It’s actually stimulating to have a different way to train after 20 years of the same BS that never really seemed too productive (for me). Maybe it’s just my body, but the many reps and sets never really got me too far. I do feel that I’m going to gain some good results using this method.

Awesome to hear Mo. You both should have access to the paid course, if you don't let me know and I will make sure you see the recent uploads. @Benny D & @Mo Musa this week instead of going straight into high intensity static holds lets ease into it by keeping training the same programs you are used to the difference is we add a dropset of controlled negatives immediately at the end of all your normal sets (10-20 second controlled negatives to start getting a feel for that style) this is going to get your minds confident in performing those slower controlled high intensity movements this will also allow you to drop down the number of sets from 5 sets to 3 because now you will have already fatigued the muscle enough that you won't want too many sets Our aim eventually is to get to one set but if we transition this way we can progressively adapt instead of trying to jump to the end result straight away the three videos that are uploaded are the 3 directional stability protocols for the shoulders and delts, they are designed to be inserted in between your bigger lifts on back day or chest day they are important because they will build incredible directional strength at your strongest points and increase engagement on the compound movements, the technique is that you work hard on your big compound movement first then take a step back to activate and strengthen stabilisers giving you time to recharge and then invest energy again into another big compound movement after. I will explain in depth in the course I think you boys do whole upper body days? so I will be writing weekly splits to incorporate these exercises into a upper/lower split training, in the meantime just try one at a time (posterior, anterior...) when you see fit amongst your training I will have full training splits ready for you this week I'm sorry I haven't done that already but I needed to get those delt videos filmed & edited first because those are more important than the compound lifts because they are so powerful in building deeper engagement for the most noticeable progress
Whatever you want to know!
any and every question you ask me below I will be answering any video request you want to see me make please tell me what you want to see I will be making hundreds of lessons & uploading them here each week let me know what you want to know I'll be sharing & discussing everything in this group
