New company (Altta) taking over in Sainte Foy (..and Tignes)

Hi, I am curious of how it will be for the next year when https://www.altta.fr/ will run the ski resorts in Sainte Foy as well as in Tignes. Will we see any corporation between the two resorts or will it “be like before”, everything separate? I assume that people that are staying in Tignes will not go to Sainte Foy for skiing, but it could be a possibility the other way around… Some corporations around ski passes and ski busses, could maybe give both places a boost. Or do we all like Sainte Foy as it is, as a quiet place with plenty of space in the piste and in the off-piste? 🤞😀👌 (Will stay in Sainte Foy in week 5 - 2027, week 4 in Valmorel, and week 9 in Serre Chevalier 👌)

A better bus service between resorts would be great but I hope it doesn’t impact the normal Running of SF too much. Also wonder what effect it’ll have on the espace Killy overall in terms of shared passes.

What a week it has been ..

What a week it has been ! The powder, the pistes, the people !!I was so pleased how my Women’s All Mountain Group went ! I also managed to get a few hours skiing for myself with my mountain bestie .. how did everyone’s week go?

Fabulous wasn’t it? Sainte Foy welcomed me with perfect powder with friends at the start of the week then gave us all a stark reminder of the dangers of the mountain with a cross piste avalanche. Nearly back in London now to plan my next snow adventure

@Jocelyn Cockle some of the first person views of falls and avalanches don't immediately make me want to match their levels of achievement! Amazing images though - that last shot behind the titles of him climbing the mountain with the Fjord in the background is stunning.

Tignes Is Open! 🙌🙌

I don’t want to get too excited but the snow on the pistes were amazing 🤩 yesterday and there is more snow to come 🙌..I just hope the long term forecast isn’t true …

Can’t wait for that feeling of climbing up the Tarantaise and through the snow line again!! First time arriving by train this year which will be cool - much more opportunity for sightseeing without the risk of crashing!
