Recovery w/ Fascia Flossing
I've been pushing myself over the last few days and my body is like... Whoaaaaa buddy - you haven't been this intense in a while, you should dial it back a notch... So that is what I'm doing today... Soft Tissue Work and mobility - so that I can continue to move forward without fear of injury! Know that there's always something you can be doing to sharpen your ax and that you can only work with so much intensity until there is a mechanical breakdown. The pro's do work hard but their secret is that they recover harder 😎

Another 100 today to make my total 200... You wont change my mind that the Get Up is a superior move to level up on nearly all plains of physicality You dont need to do 100 at the time like I did here. (10 sets of 10) This move is great when you dont know what you want to work and/or you're looking to enhance everything at once 😎
