She wanted $94K, I offered $85K, and that same day another investor offered $100K. I came up to $105K, then they increased their offer to $120K and were willing to go even higher. 😅 Instead of continuing to bid against them, I leaned on the rapport we had built 🤝 and she still preferred to work with me.
