today :(
this afternoon, after this morning’s session, i went in a small park and worked on my upper body. (pull ups, dips and push ups) i rate this workout 8/10. But today i was really sad because i was thinking about my situation, but i worked anyway. my coach gives me few minutes just because im short (im 5’9) and i cant prove how much im worth on the court. i know the reason is my height because im one of the best shooters in the team (even my teammates know that ) but my coach doesnt put me in.

U should add pike pushups and inverted row to that routine! That gives u the horizontal/vertical push and pull, plus dips which are great

4 for me is including weight room and like plyos and stuff because I’m doing them for basketball, same with film and mentality
