“Who Dares Wins”
The British Special Air Service is a Tier 1 special forces group of the British Army. For reference, they are Tier 1, much like in the United States, Delta Force and Seal Team Six (or DEVGRU) are also Tier 1. The motto for the British SAS is “Who Dares Wins.” I think about this phrase often times when I’m faced with challenges that may be outside my comfort zone. I know I can’t compare my challenges to the challenges that these bada***s face, however, to me, the motto still stands for anyone and everyone that move toward something that makes most people turn away, or embrace something that most reject because of fear or discomfort. That’s my reminder to keep looking forward for the things I want and the next levels I want to achieve. “Who Dares Wins”

Checking In.
1. “Did you get better this week?” 2. “How did you get better?” 3. “What could you have done better with IF you feel like you didn’t improve?” 4. “Write down at least one win from the week. You have one. Just think. We’re reprogramming your mind for success and gratitude.” Bonus Q: What's on nice thing you could do for yourself this week?? Doesn't have to be something complicated or expensive. Whatever that is, go do that this week.

Late reply, I know haha 1. Hell yes! 2. I got a better system for how I do my work for this temp job that’s much faster and more organized. 3. My big win would be completing year 1 of the work they want me to do, now I’ve got 7 more years of work to go before the summer ends.
Weekly Check In: Added a Question!
Questions to ask yourself this week, and every week. The most successful people in the world are aware of there trajectory in life - and understand that your overall trajectory is more important than your day to day ups and downs. Let's rewire our minds for long term thinking and gratitude. — 1. How are you mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually?? Are you ignoring any personal needs? 2. Did you get better this week? 3. How did you get better? 4. What could you have done better with IF you feel like you didn’t improve? 5. Write down at least one win from the week. You have one. Just think. We’re reprogramming your mind for success and gratitude. — Have a blessed week everyone 🐝🍯✨

1. I’m well for the most part. If I’m ever not, it doesn’t last long and I can turn things around. 2. I think I got better this week, even if it was small. 3. I had to change my perception on a number of things because I would get anxiety knowing I would have to face certain things. I had to tell myself that I can’t be going into things stressed about the unknown when maybe it won’t even be as bad as we’re imagining it. 4. One win for me is I may have secured temporary work for a little bit in the summer that I can use as a good reference. The type of work is gonna help me with what I’m learning for my degree
First Check In
One thing I decided I’m gonna do is go back and watch all of the accounting lectures from a few semesters ago while I’m doing things around the house or I’m on the bike or the treadmill. So it’s off to a good start and I didn’t forget a lot of things, but I’ll eventually get to the more challenging chapters where there is a lot of adjusting journal entries. It might sound uninteresting, however since this is my field I’m going in, I’m eager to learn more and build a solid foundation when I go further. This might sound good so far, there’s still the matter of procrastination that I face. I beat myself up sometimes about it, but I decided to try a different method, and that is by using my dry erase board. I simply write down the things I want to get done during the week, and then I check my board to see if they’re accomplished or not, and if they aren’t then I know what I need to do next. It might be a small step, but it’s an adjustment to put me on a better path.

Sneak Peak + "Morning Brew"
Been working super hard behind the scenes to get this group really moving, and this is the first main piece of content that I'm genuinely excited to share with you all. I'm hoping I can have this and two more done by Monday next week so we'll see!! PS. Really want to get the coffee hour/study sessions going (thought study sessions would be better because not everyone wants to talk or interact much, but would still like to be apart of the group (: ) - SO, I'm thinking I'll just choose a time and whoever can make will make it. - Any feedback please leave it in the comments pleaseeee Also trying this "complete action" thing, so let me know something you want to see added to the group this month! Be as selfish as you want in your request lolol. Thank you!

For Morning Brew, are you talking about having them in person? Like at Rival?
