One follow-up email isn't enough
Most summit speakers send one follow-up email. The ones who convert send five. Watched a speaker go from 847 new subscribers to 23 sales. Her sequence: Day 1 replay link. Day 3 deeper lesson. Day 5 case study. Day 7 soft pitch. Day 10 direct offer. Five emails. Same list. Completely different result. What's your post-summit email sequence look like?
I thought my customers' #1 fear was price. It wasn't.
I thought my customers' #1 fear was price. It wasn't. We write the post and hope it lands. We price the offer and hope it's right. We launch the thing and hope somebody buys. And the hardest part was never the work. It's that you're guessing what your customer is thinking the whole time. 𝗦𝗼 𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂. It's called the ICA Mind Reader. You answer a few plain questions about who you serve. It hands you back what they're really thinking: 🔹 The real objections, the ones they never say out loud 🔹 The real desires, the ones underneath the polite answers 🔹 The exact words they use, so your copy sounds like their inner voice When I ran it on my own business, the #1 thing in the way wasn't price. It was this: "Will I actually use it, or will it be one more thing I pay for?" Price didn't show up until #7. And even then it wasn't "too expensive." It was "that seems too cheap to be real." That one answer changed how I write everything. ➡️ YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHERE IT GOES ⬅️ I walk you through installing your first one, step by step. Built in Claude. Works in ChatGPT too. so what was it? with creators i work with it's usually "will this work for someone like me" - harder objection than price
5 tools I’d use to become more visible without being everywhere at once
Getting noticed online isn't just about posting more. You need content worth sharing, a way to stay consistent, people to connect with, and a system that keeps all those moving pieces from becoming overwhelming. A simple stack can help: - ChatGPT / Claude — brainstorm content angles, turn your ideas into posts, prepare speaking topics, and help you get past the “what do I even post?” stage. - Canva — create polished social posts, presentation slides, lead magnets, and summit materials without needing to be a designer. - Loom — record quick educational videos, speaker introductions, tutorials, or personalized messages that let people actually hear and see your expertise. - Notion — organize content ideas, speaker opportunities, collaboration notes, event planning, and resources so good opportunities don't get lost. - Floment — keep the execution organized with projects, tasks, progress updates, and AI assistance so you can actually follow through on your visibility and content goals. But tools are only part of the equation. Visibility grows when you combine the tools with real human connection. That's what makes communities like this interesting. You can discover speaking opportunities, learn from guest experts, get feedback on your content, connect with other creators, and find potential collaborations, instead of trying to build your visibility completely on your own. If you're a coach, creator, business owner, or aspiring speaker who wants to be more visible, create consistently, and build genuine connections, I'd start here. Check out the workshops, meet the people inside, and see where you can contribute. You don't have to be an established expert to start putting yourself out there. What's harder for you right now: creating content, getting comfortable being visible, finding speaking opportunities, or making the right connections?

which one's pulling the most weight for you right now

@Tony Iverson Totally. Do you feed it rough bullets or a full brief when you start?
Helped a client raise her speaking
She went from $500 to $2,500 per talk. Fewer inquiries, but she booked 8 paid gigs last quarter instead of 3 free ones. The hosts who pay actually promote harder. Sometimes the answer is just charging more.

@Avinash Khatri Exactly. The host promotion bump was the part I didn't expect. You charging for anything right now?
Consistent. Showing up. Still not making sales?
Here’s what’s actually going on. It’s not your offer. It’s not your price. It’s not that you need more followers. It’s that most people skip the one thing that actually moves people from interested to actually buying, and not many people are even talking about it. If you’re showing up but not seeing sales… If you have a community but members aren’t converting… If you’re getting engagement but it’s not turning into clients or connections… The missing piece is sales psychology. This Wednesday I’m doing a free live session for day 1, and here’s exactly what you’re walking away with Getting crystal clear on who you’re actually talking to. Their struggles, their desires, and what’s really going on in their mind. Because if you don’t have that, it doesn’t matter how good your offer or content is. People will find you and keep scrolling. Then we’re taking that clarity and turning it into connection, because that’s the bridge between someone discovering you and actually trusting you enough to buy. No clarity, no connection. No connection, no sales. It really is that simple. And if you want to go even deeper, days two and three are where we get into the real buyer psychology, the customer journey, and exactly how to convert. That’s the paid portion and trust me, it picks up right where day one leaves off. Drop a gif below if you want the details and I’ll drop the link in the comments.
