I built AIMED (AI Monitoring and Execution Dashboard): an MCP server + web dashboard that turns an AI coding assistant’s “memory” from a black box into a glass box you can inspect and edit. Problem: Most “chat with your codebase” / RAG tools are effectively read-only. You can’t clearly see what the assistant is using as context, and when it gets something wrong (hallucinates a dependency, misreads an architecture decision, repeats a bad pattern), you’re stuck retrying prompts and hoping retrieval improves.
