This is a good start! It captures my attention and speaks to your true feelings, and I can feel them too. I am unsure if some of it really rhymes, like id and anxiety. Because the rhyme is only the eee sound at the end. However, you are still getting the I sound with Id and anxIety, so it could work, depending how you say it. Like if you emphasize that part. I also am unsure if the next part rhymes. Thongs and honest could, depending on how they're said too. What does the need names and ids part mean?

Also id encourage you to post a little video so we can get an idea how it really sounds and critique the whole thing. If comfortable. Hard to pick up from just words sometimes.
