Listening to my heart! I used to listen with my head, which led me to addictions… fights, bad relationships, poor motivation, etc etc… now I lead from my heart and my whole life has changed! In my personal journey thus far my heart seems to be a lot wiser than my head! (This is just for me personally) for you guys it make be different🙌
