How successful are novations with distressed properties? Is it even worth it? Iv always kept novation pitch for semi nice properties that need little repair. Thoughts?

Allowing the end buyer to take over the mortgage subto during their renovation and then seller gets paid a portion of the proceeds? or a combo of the 2?

What’s up everyone. I’m opening up FREE LEADS to the community for the month of December. If it goes well, I’ll keep it rolling. I recently signed up for nationwide leads through Dollar Deals Club and have been sending them to Brett, but he’s slammed. The lead quality has also been a bit all over the place. Some are solid.
