What's the way to achieve this result?
Seen this in school today and it looked very much like polished concrete, how do you come to results like that and what materials are being used?

@Alvis Ciritis look up bullnose tools for concrete or brazed diamond router bits they also have a diamond tipped multi tool bits made by Joe due tools that are nice

Polysiloxane
Hi everyone. I was just reading a post were an Installer has tyre marks from dry stear or from hot tyres on a flake install. Another installer responded with recommending using Polysiloxane based topcoats in the future and another recommend NeoFlex to prevent it from ever happening again. Can anyone verify if these are good products or if you can recommend other products that will prevent the issue. Cheers in advance.

All coatings have a drawback but if you want to reduce the hot tire issue I've always had good luck using moisture cured urethanes after poly for a grout coat sand it though they kind of don't like each other chemicaly.

@Alvis Ciritis yes at an 1/16 then backroll it when it gets sticky about the 15 min marker it'll seal off all pinholes because polyurea dries so fast make sure you sand the living daylights out of it because epoxy don't like to stick to it if you have 10 segs metal diamonds in 120 or higher that's what I use to sand so you have a profile or if you have handy sand broadcast into it not till rejection but to get you a profile and then proceed as normal
