OpenClaw: The Feeling of Power, People, & Process
Software fatigue is real. $20 here, $10 there, $65 plus usage and set up fee here, your monthly spend comes at you blind. Flying blind, that's what it can feel like. If you have the people, the environment and habits, it's easier to sculpt routines that move the needle. That gets things done. Being overwhelmed can feel like you're flying fast. Flying fast and blind. Then you realize, all pilots fly fast. You have to, it's the only way you stay in the air. Your investments won't return as much as they could if they lived in the wind. This translates into areas outside of cost management. Your investments include your choices around health, nutrition, financial planning, and business. Your day to day lives, your focus, your energy. Spread, with ideally as much intent as you can, but technology has a strong magnet to pull us into tunnels. Rabbit holes. Rabbit holes are a process of getting lost in it. For pilots, this is code red. For painters, this is where you'd want to spend your days. It can feel like flow state for a musician, athlete, truly anyone in any creative expression. For an engineer, it can feel like both. The unknown length of time it takes to solve a problem, a puzzle. Embracing that uncertainty has been fruitful. ---------------------------------------- What if you could take any paid software app, and using your digital thinking assistant, recreate an open source/free knockoff version of the same tool? Most software companies you know were built on top of existing software. So what if the next natural evolution was a free version of conventional software that everyone would use? In that scenario, which is likely, it would make sense to assume that those digital thinking assistants would have a category for themselves. AI Agents, in this case, absolutely do. OpenClaw has started to trickle into the day to day lives of the super users, the AI-centric individual. Most people are scared, and rightfully so. I've been using it to set up a life console, and I think this is probably one of the biggest projects I've worked on yet. The Personal Operating System, there's been iterations of it.

The Belt of Possibility With Pocket AI Assistants
An appetite for innovation, much like with food, can be overfed. While we're being fed with information 24/7, we starve for insight. It keeps us coming back, reading on, listening, watching, participating by being in the right rooms. The language that talks to transformation, storytelling change, it's buried in marketing techno-babble. The overpromise and under delivery, festers the same skepticism that keeps you divided from experiencing that change. ** DISCLAIMER ** This is experimental. It's secure, but only approach doing this yourself with a professional. This is likely to be the most complex thing I ever teach in this entire program, just because it's easy to fall awry. Everything is figure-out-able. I highly encourage you to feed the PDF and the Docx into a LLM of your choice to dissect and understand what's happening. That being said, join us tomorrow @ 12pm EST to build this live! Kimi's Army **Extra Context** Previously, the extent of AI mobile use has been input into memory. Now, with a novelty that isn't equipped to help the average user, but those that understand how servers and the extent of what this can do. This is not for everyone, which is why it's core to doing your homework on this. That being said, this setup can be a dangerously advantageous digital worker that you can queue and offload tasks to. Previously, you'd attempt this through a paid LLM of your choice. However, it's input and then memory. You need an AI that will create workout plans for you. You need one that will make you healthier. Faster. Smarter. And it needs to be cost effective. Any approach on the internet will easily be $500 and up for a monthly compute fee. This novel approach takes an API angle to Kimi 2.5, and takes advantage of their agent swarm capability. This used to be an architecture advantage, meaning cheaper/faster use of multiple AI agents trained vertically on your task was by design. Now, it's orchestrated automatically up to 100 agents.

The Open Campus for AI: An Academy for Business and OpenClaw👋
Hey all! I'm Jonathan. I started this as a resource hub to tangibly help people in this wild world of AI. This is all independent, inspired by Peter Steinberger's work with OpenClaw. One of the biggest concerns with entering the Ai landscape is how to level the playing field. The concepts in this Skool are mostly correlated with no code Agentic Engineering, so you'll find remnants of that if you scroll deep enough. In the classroom, you'll find material curated to take you through your first 30, 60, and 90 days of using Ai as someone with no technical expertise to materially equipped to deploy up to 100 agents for pennies. OpenClaw has notoriously lived behind terminals, and despite inspiring an influx of non-developers to build for the first time, most people don't know where to start after their initial 10 hours of play. This is that. What you'll find here: - Life Console Architecture with OpenClaw: Learn to build your personal command center — a sovereign system that orchestrates your digital workers, automates your busywork, and gives you back 10+ hours/week. This isn't just prompts and templates. You'll architect a living system that manages your projects, content, relationships, and daily operations in one place. - Resource Hub + Playbooks: the good stuff that's usually locked behind paywalls and kept for clients only - free for the first 500 members. Cross-industry spillover: I also publish templates for real estate lead gen and legal admin, as I come from this background personally building sales infrastructure, generating over $150k of aggregate revenue for small teams

Build Your Digital AI Workforce (For Free)
Citizen developer is the movement of everyday professionals becoming builders of their own tools. I’m taking that a step further by helping them build and manage their own digital workforce—AI workers that give them back time, autonomy, and leverage. At its core, it’s about non-technical professionals building their own software and automations using low-code / no-code platforms, instead of waiting on IT or engineers. Gartner’s classic definition is: an employee who creates applications for themselves or others using tools allowed by the organization, even though they’re not in IT. So as a movement, citizen development has grown from 2022 to 2025, it's a stronger version of: - Democratization of building – moving the power to create tools from only engineers to everyday professionals. (Mendix) - Empowerment + speed – organizations get faster apps, less IT backlog, and more innovation from people closest to the problems. (PwC) - Still needs guardrails – governance, security, and consistency are important so it doesn’t turn into messy “shadow IT.” (Kissflow) So how do we do it? A workforce is a strong umbrella term. Another way to think of it is an organization chart of AI agents. Most marketing around this material is sensationalist around this right now. It's facetious, surface level and sometimes disappointing. This can't be conveyed in a single page entry. Citizen Developer as a concept is meant to empower you to be able to: 1. Design your own digital co-workers 2. Own their infrastructure, not just rent it 3. Turn professionals into problem-solvers, not ticket-writers - Workforce readiness asset (McKinsey) 4. Wrap it in governance and documentation (Industry-standards, 100 hours worth of certs in 10 minutes) 5. Create a new kind of professional identity - Have the industrial output of systems doing fully functioning work tasks on your behalf with every guardrail necessary in place.
