Great ball handlers donāt just dribble fast ā they stay low, balanced, and in control with both hands. š§ Key Coaching Points - Stay low and athletic (chest up, knees bent) - Keep your eyes up (see the floor, not the ball) - Pound the ball with purpose ā control every bounce - Train both hands equally, even when it feels uncomfortable š„ Challengeā±ļø 5 minutes nonstop dribbling ā RIGHT handā±ļø 5 minutes nonstop dribbling ā LEFT hand No stopping.
