Beginners - Control the ball. Control the game
šŸŽÆ Focus: Today, we’re locking in on right & left hand control, strong posture, and playing with confidence. Great ball handlers don’t just dribble fast — they stay low, balanced, and in control with both hands. 🧠 Key Coaching Points - Stay low and athletic (chest up, knees bent) - Keep your eyes up (see the floor, not the ball) - Pound the ball with purpose — control every bounce - Train both hands equally, even when it feels uncomfortable šŸ”„ Challengeā±ļø 5 minutes nonstop dribbling – RIGHT handā±ļø 5 minutes nonstop dribbling – LEFT hand No stopping. No switching early. If you lose the ball, reset quickly and keep going. Mental toughness matters. šŸ’Ŗ Why This Matters: Confidence with the ball = confidence in the game. When pressure comes, your habits show. This is how you build trust in your handle. šŸ’¬ DiscussionšŸ‘‰ What was the hardest part about dribbling today? Was it your off-hand? Staying low? Keeping your eyes up? Staying locked in mentally? Drop your thoughts below šŸ‘‡

@Bodhi Kenison — hope you’re doing well. Everyone will have their own perspective on this, but I believe we spend too much time focusing on losses and mistakes. The truth is, growth doesn’t happen without them. Mistakes are simply opportunities to identify what needs work and improvement. The more you practice, the more confident you become. I am a big believer in the Rule of 100 - The Rule of 100 states that if you spend 100 hours per year on a specific discipline, you’ll surpass 95% of the population in that area. To simplify, that is just 18 min a day on one thing will make you better than 95% of the world. If I'm not mistaken, you are 13. Imagine where you will be at 14, at 16, at 18 if you keep putting in the work
