I'd like to share ONE to keep the note short... And if ya dig it... Maybe I'll come back and share more? Cool? Here's one of the most fulfilling payoffs for me... I think it could be for you too? That payoff for you for years... If you can find 10 minutes a day to invest? That's all ya need... Example: 21 years ago... I started taking 10 minutes a day... ...and making posts in a paid community I belonged to. I am still doing business with many of those folks to THIS DAY... A HANDFUL of them are right here in Community FIRE MOJO... Some days... I'd invest 20 minutes a day... Others... 2 minutes... Other days... I'd play hookie. But I ended up making over 2,000 posts... I've ended up making 7 figures from those posts... and counting... And the money is cool and stuff... But you know what moves me even more? In August, my mom passed... @Andy Hussong...organized a bunch of peeps to make a really nice video collage for me... It moved me to tears. 🥹 I didn't know how much I needed to hear those words. SEVERAL of the amazing folks who made the collage for me... ...were part of the paid community I invested my time, love, and caring into TWENTY-ONE years ago. This is ONE REASON...of many... I am so IN on investing my time, money and energy in COMMUNITIES. I am "preachy" about it... Because I KNOW first-hand... Goldman Sachs, PIMCO, Invesco, and any other traditional Wall Street investment firms didn't send shit when my mom died. (I didn't really expect them to.) Thi is why... If I can get EVEN ONE FLAME to go all in on COMMUNITY Investing... I KNOW... They will reap rewards DECADES into the future. Don't get me wrong... The money is great. (My MINIMUM expectation is 100% annual returns.) However... Money isn't everything.
