Intro
What’s up everyone. I’m Jose Ventura, a real estate investor based out of the DMV area, mainly Maryland, Virginia, and DC. So it looks like I might be the only one here so far investing from outside Indiana. I have about three to four years of experience flipping houses but very recently I started digging deep into the wholesaling side of the business. On that front, I am a true rookie, learning fast and building the foundation the right way. I am here to learn, exchange real strategies, and contribute wherever I can. @Ryan Collins I'm in the standard member level. I’m working on them and trying to figure them out, but right now my main focus is improving my Dialed to Contact Made percentage

@Ryan Collins Calls connected are at 27 percent so far. Since most of my calls are cold or slightly warm, I would say my conversion to actual leads is very low, less than 1 percent. If you are referring to conversion to contracts, it is almost none. What would you say is the industry standard when it comes to these metrics?
