Hey guys, I'm Jose from Mexico. I opened my coffee shop by accident two months ago. I come from a background of digital marketing and in August of last year I went to a franchise fair in my city, there I got in touch with a brand of pokes I liked a lot. Long story short, I bought the franchise with my savings and found a perfect spot (low rent, high flow of people). Then I split the space into two brands, the poke franchise and a new coffee shop. It has been 2 months since I launched and thanks to God it has been great. In the next days I will launch a bagel menu with the coffee brand. I really want to make a strong brand with systems that can scale to more locations. I want my brand to be a go-to breakfast for people that will not get tired from. Right now I'm thinking a lot about how to market a physical location, sincr my experience in marketing has been about selling products through websites.
